I have provided services to individuals with Disabilities since 1999 directly as well as indirectly. Since 2003, I have held several positions operating under the Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) Waiver from Independent Living Skills Training (ILST) to Director of Waiver Services overseeing many TBI offices and supervising Program Managers, Service Coordinators, ILSTs, Community Integration Counselor, Structured Day Program staff, Home & Community Support Services (HCSS) Supervisors, HCSS, etc.
In addition, I have experience providing adjustment counseling and behavioral services to individuals dually diagnosed with a mental health & substance abuse history, individuals whom are physically disabled, Developmentally Disabled children, youth/adults and youth with Severe Emotional Disturbances. In June 2010, I achieved my Certified Brain Injury Specialist (CBIS) certification as I continue to be inspired by helping those who have experienced traumatic & life-changing events. I have had excellent opportunities work with others and I continue to strive to help others as a personal & professional goal!
I established A Reflection of You Counseling & Support Services (ARYCSS), LLC in January 2011. The services that ARYCSS, LLC is approved to provide through the Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) & Nursing Home Transition & Diversion (NHTD) Waivers are Service Coordination, Independent Living Skills Training (ILST), Community Integration Counseling (CIC) & Structured Day Program (SDP).
In April 2015, ARYCSS, LLC began providing Support Services across 13 counties of upstate New York. These services provide in-home care for people with a need for daily living assistance regardless of age and with or without disability. We provide non-medical assistance with daily living needs for the elderly and disabled. Our experienced team of experts works with families and their loved ones who need support, education, and resources to live independently and safely in their home. We specialize in senior care, traumatic brain injury sufferers, dementia, and physically disabled or anyone in need of assistance at home and in the community. Our compassionate and capable caregivers help with the many aspects of daily life that are difficult for many who wish to live independently at home. We expanded becoming a Fiscal Intermediary for the Consumer Director Personal Assistance Program (CDPAP) through Ontario County in 2016. With this program we can offer in-home supports to those with Medicaid & that qualify for this service while working closely with the county representatives or Managed Long-Term Care Companies to ensure the necessary services are provided within the approved hours. We are also contracted with iCircle Care & Fidelis Care for CDPAP services.
A Reflection of You Counseling & Support Services, LLC also offers Social Day Program & Structured Day Program (TBI/NHTD Waivers) services offering socialization, peer support and a therapeutic environment for seniors or disabled individuals struggling with cognitive impairments, memory loss, physical limitations, etc. Our day program is located within the Radisson at 125 Denison Parkway East, Corning NY!
